China One is underrated overall. This place has the ambience of a cheap place where college students might pick-up meals in a provincial Chinese city, blended with the garden variety American Chinese carryout place. In other words, it has an authentic grunginess. For what it purports to be, the food is unusually good, even undersold by the menu descriptions. It is apparent that the people cooking here know what they are doing. China One stands out among the Chinese carryout places I have tried in NOVA because it uses fresh ingredients, prepared by people who know how not to overcook them with sauces that seem intentional rather than generic and gross.

I love China One!!! I always order broccoli and brown sauce and I must say the taste is delectable!!! So fresh and their customer service is amazing! I normally order while I am in route and as soon as I arrive the food is hot and ready. I live 15 minutes away and each time I order the food is still scorching hot when I get home.

The food here is amazing. They are quick to complete your order. The open kitchen allows you a peek at their wok techniques. Yummy and enjoyable. The chicken with broccoli is fire!

Absolutely delicious! The chicken teriyaki and egg rolls were just right; well done and not over cooked as I requested and the shrimp rolls were not greasy at all. I opted for the healthy version of shrimp with Chinese vegetables in a ginger based sauce which was super tasty and less sodium. Whenever I visit the area again, I will be sure to make another stop.

The servers at the front are very nice! They are very nice,patient, and friendly. As a family operated business, they have been in this area for 2 decades! Serving the neighborhood with high quality of food at very affordable price! They always provide great customer service and amazing food! This is the BEST Chinese American carry out place in the town! I place pick up order from them all the time. I also order for delivery occasionally. Although the delivery might be busy sometimes, but 40 mins is definitely worth waiting! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!
